Refund Policy

Any goods that develop a fault within 100 days of the invoice date will be replaced or repaired at Counterpoint's discretion. In this situation, we will be responsible for the collection and return of goods. Counterpoint reserves the right to charge a restocking fee where customers wish to return items that are not faulty or damaged. Any costs incurred as a result of user error or abuse will also be charged on to the customer. In all cases it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure returned goods are sent back safely and securely, as any damage costs incurred due to inadequate packaging will be passed on. Please note that some manufacturers will not accept returned goods if not supplied in the original packaging. Build-to-order products come with no cancellation or returns guarantee once the order has been placed because they are built to your specifications. If any build-to-order product is faulty or broken then the same returns policy as above applies.
