Yes we certainly can. Our support isn't tied to an office. Whether your team is fully remote, based in one location, or a hybrid mix, everyone gets the same level of cover.
What's included in the price, is anything extra billed separately?
Everything listed in your plan is covered in the monthly fee. If something falls outside scope, we'll always flag it and agree costs upfront before doing any work.
