Touch-capacitive jog wheels and integrated sound card
The thing that sets the DJ2GO2 Touch apart from other compact controllers is the premium-grade, touch-capacitive jog wheels. Touch-capacitive jog wheels react to your touch, similar to that of classic vinyl turntables. This can be a big help when it comes to live mixing, allowing you to manually adjust tempos with a slight touch, or fast forward through tracks to find the perfect drop.
Not only that but the controller includes an integrated audio interface. The driverless design makes it easier than ever to connect to external equipment and even record mixes. With a dedicated 1/8-inch headphone output and a 1/8-inch main output, you can connect to virtually anything.
Eight performance pads and ergonomic layout
The DJ2GO2 includes eight performance pads with four differing pad modes. These pads allow you to incorporate your own samples, cue-points and looping (auto/manual) to take your mixes to the next level. Want to drop your DJ tag or add a sound effect? Simply assign it to your chosen pad and trigger it whenever you want.
The two-channel design features everything you could need to DJ. The crossfader and pitch faders are perfect for blending between songs. Not only that, but the control are all backlit so you can see them even in low-light environments.
Complete with Serato DJ Lite and SoundSwitch subscription
To get you started straight out of the box, the controller comes complete with a copy of Serato DJ Lite. This basic version of Serato DJ allows you to get familiar with the layout of the program, as well as start building a music library and mix using your favourite sounds.
Also included is a free 2-month subscription to SoundSwitch Premium. SoundSwitch Premium is specialised software for DJ lighting. It allows you to create your own lighting displays that are time-matched with your audio files when played within Serato DJ. It allows you to match the music to the lighting for a seriously captivating set.
